Keith has over 35 years experience within the Fire & General industry. Prior to establishing TLC in 1998, his past history included roles with Royal, Security & General / Lumley. In 1993, Keith established Heritage Insurance Brokers whose foundation clients were based within the forestry sector with their own specialised wording for heavy machinery - these same clients still form the foundation of TLC Insurance today. Keith has lived in Tauranga since 1983 and is married with two teenage daughters.

Daniel has nearly 20 years experience within the Fire & General industry. Prior to joining TLC, Daniel's past history included roles with State, Circle & NZI. Daniel's experience & expertise with Underwriting, Sales and Management bring real strength to TLC in these areas - particularly in the area of CMV & Liability. Daniel has lived in Tauranga since 2006 and has two sons & a daughter.

Dana van Tiel

Dana has over ten years experience within the Fire & General industry. Her past history includes a general claims position with IAG in NZ, and until beginning with TLC, she spent two years with UAA (Underwriting Agencies of Australia) in a specialised role involving Heavy Machinery & Liability insurance claims. After growing up in Hamilton, and doing her OE in Australia, Dana returned to NZ to get married and settle in Tauranga.

Melissa Stichbury

Melissa has had over two years with TLC and now heads up the administration team responsible for developing, intergrating and maintaining the new IT data flow system. Past experience in various industries has seen Melissa develop special skills for building procedures and systems to improve efficiencies and production. Melissa is the proud Mum of four boys.

Her past roles include many years within the Fire & General industry as broker administration support and data processing which represent a wealth of experience for TLC. Tess has been with TLC since 2008, and is the voice that greets most people when contacting us. Tess is also responsible for data processing and administation support. Her past years in various roles, particularly as the administration person behind her husband's contracting business, make her ideal for her role with TLC. Every office needs a Tess! Tess spends alot of time running around after her teenage son. She also enjoys gardening & walking.
